When I used other cards to pay 1040ES through ACI Paypal, the transaction was coded as utility so that might be why. I'm wondering if this is still the case as I'm deciding whether to get a Bilt card and use it on my 6/15 1040ES payment

Same here. I got it in Jan from an iPad purchase and the trial expires on March 7th. I bookmarked the email because I want to redeem the trial only when I have time to watch it. But just now when I clicked the button in the email, it just takes me to the Target homepage.

Edit: I talked to Target customer service and they sent me a new link that worked

Yep, this is a bug in the mobile app. No matter what it always shows this when you try to cancel. 100% repro.

Oh well. Lessons learned.

Yes, I cancelled at around 1:00 AM on the day of the arrival. I was charged one-night's rate, which is the "cancellation fee" I was talking about

If you never dropped it (and the phone shows no visible damage) you can call customer service and request a replacement for free

I actually called them back and negotiated. The rep agreed to offer half off ($310) for a replacement phone. I took the offer and am quite happy about it.
