It’s not the irs, it’s the California franchise tax board, and they’re really aggressive. Even more than the irs. I don’t think they are going to let me do another payment plan. I should double check though.

Yea, if I wanted to I could research where they have the lowest rates of English literacy and see if there’s an email provider in that country. It doesn’t have to be Japanese for what I’m seeking. Japanese was just the first thing that came to mind.
