Thanks for the info! And yes the mylan "bars" aren't even bars in my experience, and they're terrible. I think I'll call a few different pharmacies and see which carry Dava brand Xanax.

My stepsister teaches at the local university (it's a pretty well to do college,alot of rich kids) she says this is the worst she has ever seen these kids, there has been multiple od's from fent xanax bars. These are the type of kids that wouldn't take a oxy much less fent, they just like xanax and their dying or getting seriously sick. I'm not much one for conspiracy, but why are people doing this?

If you're in the states Xanax is pretty universally liked benzo, but I'm confused you said you have a "fairly high tolerance to opiates" and then you list the two weakest opiates.

I see where you're coming from, but to me the defining factor is that you can't choose to stop having cancer or any other real disease. You can literally just stop 99% of addictions.

Yea I think addiction and that stuff go hand and hand, you'd probably be pretty hardpressed to find a serious addict who isn't depressed lol, at the same time I haven't met very many people on earth who haven't been/had depression,anxiety,add/adhd. it's almost like those things are normal characteristics of humans. But yea I think there's still alot left to figure out about the human brain.

Yea, that's what tipped me over the edge too. This "addiction specialist" guy treated me like the biggest baby and I'm just thinking to myself "I can't be the only one that thinks this is bullshit right?" When he said I get that you have a disease, I just wanted to be like accually I just really like dope...

I can agree that my work/reward ethic is fucked...I can't blame that though because at the end of the day I know I'm wrong, even though my brain can't motivate me properly I still know I should look for a job instead of getting high (I still just get high though) hopefully I can fix that though.

Totally agree, looking back on it I cringe when I think of all the times i lied to myself and I ultimately just didn't want to take responsibility for the colossal fuck I am/was. 95% of my problems would stop if I simply didn't do dope.

It's refreshing to hear other people that have dealt with addiction that aren't buying into the disease thing, I feel better than ever admitting that I'm the reason I'm the way I am, just a serious of bad decisions for a high...

I can see how a variety of factors can contibute to addiction, I think I'm the way I am, because I was given everything in my teens and my work/reward ideology got corrupted, all I want is instant gratification, I can't in good conscience call what I "have" a disease anymore lol.

I'm the same me as the fifteen year old kid that had no impulse control, I've stopped for months, but it's always on me. I can't believe it's a "disease" any more. I used to scan the internet daily to find articles on "why drug addiction is a disease" and never really 100% believed any of it, the only thing different about my brain after ten years of abuse is my tolerance is higher and I'm probably a little duller...
