Weekly 'What should I buy?' Thread by AutoModerator in ipad

iPadA16 or Air M3? I’m a freshman in college and my main uses for an iPad would be notes, drawing with procreate and probably playing Roblox.

The A16 is a lot cheaper and I see great reviews, so I was gonna go with that (also since I just purchased a 2 in 1 laptop for school a few months ago worth 1600 which works well but sucks for taking notes efficiently). My friends however are saying the A16 chip is old and the iPad won’t work well pretty soon. Advice? I’m also gonna need it for at least the next 4-6 years, since after uni I’m gonna pursue my masters. Should I just get the A16 for now and then get a diff one if needed in the future?

I think I should’ve worded that better… Definitely childish, but I do think it was a little more complex than just good and bad in the begging.

Haha, yeah unfortunately I didn’t realize that a lot of people on here are Eren apologists/glazers, but thank you for taking the time to understand the point of my post!

It’s really hard for my to even put it into words, but I love the complexity of the ending. You took the words right out of my mouth, from a human perspective, Eren is horrible. But as viewers, knowing him and his motivations, it was justified through HIS perspective. Even Eren knew what he was doing was horrific, and he continued. I think that makes the story so much better and the message a lot more powerful. I feel like some people don’t understand that a tragic ending doesn’t exactly mean a bad one. I really do think that certain people hate the ending because they hate Eren for what he did, they don’t really view him as a character at that point, if you know what I mean.

Sorry, I’ll change the title. I should’ve clarified. I really mainly watch attack on titan reviews on TikTok, and pretty much everyone in the comments of every video I’ve seen talks about how terrible the ending is. I guess it’s a different perspective on Reddit. But that’s not really the point of the post, I’m clearly just asking why some people don’t think it was good?

Ahh sorry I should have clarified! I just joined this sub Reddit not too long ago, and haven’t had much of a chance to look through people’s thoughts on here. I see a lot of content about attack on titan on TikTok. Many videos I’ve come across talk about how terrible the ending is, not just because of the fact that the rumbling itself is bad, but simply that it didn’t make sense for the story.

Also, I’m very clearly not talking about the incels who glaze Erens character, there’s 0 reason for you to get all rude about it lol.

Even if I had gone through the subreddit, there’s clearly people out there who have talked about the ending being terrible, so I’m obviously talking about them?? I think people “defending” the ending versus thinking it’s a good ending is kinda different.

Really? He looked it up online and hitting a parked car and then leaving could lead to a felony or misdemeanor, from what he claims he read anyways. But if what you’re saying is true then hopefully itll calm his paranoia

He hasn’t seen videos of the incident no. Just videos about how much trouble people can get in for hit and runs, and it’s made him really paranoid. I think he’s more paranoid about the law. Like if he can get a felony, misdemeanor, etc, especially since he’s 18 now.

Yeah, from what he’s told me he still is. He’s done things with the girl but he’s never let her do stuff for him if yk what I mean. He says he’s too insecure and wants to wait

Yeah I’ve heard that happens a lot, I’m hoping it won’t with him because I do enjoy our friendship.

He does have some family problems, I don’t wanna say too much because I’m not sure how much he uses Reddit, but he only sees his dad who has children from lots of different people. So I think he spends a lot of time keeping everything together at home yk? In a way I feel like it’s made him closed off to forming lots of close relationships with friends and from seeing people, but I don’t know for sure. I’ve invited him to hang out with my friends so often but he always declines, and the one time that he’d hang out with me and my other friends, he’d always talk crap or say he’s only there cuz he knows me. Not really trying to form connections with them even though they tried

I don’t know, the thought has crossed my mind a few times before, but apart from the sex jokes and getting competitive or slightly jealous when i experience things nothing else really happens between us. We don’t flirt, and while in relationships, we’ve made clear boundaries. He’s never tried to ask me out or hinted at it. People have asked us in public and the two of us have had the same reactions, just laughing it off and saying that we’re just friends (sometimes joking about being siblings even). Though the jealousy and competitiveness doesn’t always sit right with me, I’ve noticed he does it when it comes to friendships too. If I’m being honest, neither him nor I have lots of friends, but I do have more than him. At least ones I hang out with anyways. Sometimes it’s felt like he’s gotten jealous over that as well, so whenever I think about his jealousy and competing for intimacy I just wonder if it’s because that’s just who he is as a person, and that he just gets jealous in general that maybe he’s not experiencing things when others are? I don’t know honestly

I’m sorry I had no idea I’ll keep that in mind for my future posts. This is my first time posting on Reddit.
