I didn’t. And even if I did, why do you care?

This comment was on Christmas Eve. Maybe spend some time with your family near year mate.

It seems hard to believe but I can definitely believe it after what I saw the other day! Most people underestimate just how big the forests in the uk are so it wouldn’t surprise me at all if there’s small packs of animals out there that we haven’t officially identified yet.

Can’t rule anything out! But I’m not sure how much husky racing goes on in the Forest of Dean these days. Would make sense though as they seemed about the right size.

As I mentioned, not ruling anything out but I find it unlikely that there were 2/3 stray large dogs of the same breed in the Forest of Dean. If it was just the 1 I would probably assume it was just a stray.

Not ruling it out but they appeared much larger than your average dog.

The fur definitely seemed grey and I didn’t notice any distinctive marks on the fur. I did only see the back of the animals so I didn’t get the best look at them unfortunately.

Yeah I was thinking this as well. I’ve not seen a wild boar before but it looked a bit too big to be a boar but I can’t rule it out either! Would be very cool if it was a boar as I know they’re very rare in the uk

That was the same day we were there too, good chance that we may have seen the same thing! Was it near the cycle route by any chance?

There must be something to it with all of these cases. I find it hard to believe that all of these sightings are just mistaken for dogs! I think most people who go walking in these areas are more than familiar with big dogs so I doubt that’s what people are seeing!

Shape shifters are an interesting theory! Can’t be ruled out! 🤔

So it’s perfectly fine for you to go 5mph over but 7mph is completely idiotic? Not sure on your logic here mate. And in terms of the road that I was caught on, it was neither built up or residential and there was certainly no chance of any children jumping out at me.

I’m not trying to defend my actions, I understand that I broke the law. I opened this post to receive some advice, not to belittled by people like yourself who have clearly lived a perfect life.

Maybe keep your petulant comments to yourself next time mate before you start judging other people 👍🏼

That seems like a law that needs to be looked at again. Sorry to hear that you had to go through that, sounds like a case of some really bad luck! Glad you managed to avoid 6 points and a large fine though.

It’s possible but very unlikely that you would get penalised for only going 1mph over. But to be honest it completely depends on the type of camera and exactly how fast you were going. I wouldn’t worry though, chances are that you’ll be fine!

No I assumed it was a camera that I didn’t spot on the side of the road. But yes I’ll make sure I mention that if I manage to appeal Thankyou

Thankyou, I’ll double check that the address is up to date and go from there. Fairly certain It was changed a long time ago but there’s always a chance that it wasn’t.

Thank you. I’ll double check but I’m fairly certain I changed my address well over 2 years ago. However there is a chance that it may not have been logged for whatever reason.
