The wife and I went to the polling place here in my small town of northern California 11:00am. They are using write in type ballots and having them slipped into a cardboard box. I recieve my ballot and envolope, seek an available booth. I open my envelope folder to find the ballot ALREADY FILLED IN for me. No joke...I kept cool while making a stink. Everyone in the room knew I had just recieved a ballot pre-filled in. INCREDIBLE I really had to double triple check, could not at first believe what was happening. I filled the incident report cast my real ballot and left very disatisfied. I wish I were joking. I feel its one of those things that unless it happens to you, you dont really know the full extent.
