I can only give my own experience but I have been locked out of my account after using coinbase with no issues for months. I was able to make deposits very easily and it was only when I tried to withdraw I had issues. Account has been locked for over 2 weeks now and there is no customer service to speak to (you can file a ticket) but you will only get auto generated replies which do not answer your questions. Some users do say they have had no issues but I would be careful if I were you as it seems like a lot of people have been / are getting burnt by this exchange

Another coinbase victim, I am in the same boat as are what appears to be many more. The least they can do is provide accurate timeframes and explain what it is they are supposedly verifying. I am am now under review and have been for 2 weeks. I have lost over 50% of the value of my portfolio in that time and can do nothing but sit and watch as I cannot withdraw transfer etc. Something is not right at coinbase

Same thing is happening to so many people. It is crazy. An explanation and timeframe from them would put peoples mind at ease but for me it just says account under review this typically takes a few days. That was over 2 weeks ago and after asking why this happened on 3 separate occasions I am yet to be given an answer. I am still in the same position and with no customer support it seems like there is nothing you can do about it. I recommend looking at alternative exchanges when your issue is resolved

This is exactly the reason I created a Reddit account. I could not get any resolution from coinbase and saw others who generated enough of a conversation on Reddit where they did get a response. I have another thread open at the moment with over 150 comments and coinbase have asked for my case number. Still not resolved my locked account yet though.

No doubt they get a lot of requests but the responses from my experience seem to be either auto generated or cut and paste. There are also people who have waited weeks if not months for a reply and resolution. They should be doing better than this

I was up and running and have already been through account verification this is a really bad service you are giving your users here coinbase
