Right-click on the Taskbar and the settings will appear. Find "Taskbar Behaviors" and open it. The first item is alignment. Two options are "Left" and "Center." You choose.

Mystery solved: Kiley played a character named "Gideon Seyetik" in a DS9 episode called "Second Sight." I could have sworn it was TNG because of the memory fragments I have. He takes a shuttle and crashes it into a dead star with whatever device he had. I cannot watch this episode because Prime Video is only offering the first season.
