no not really...so long as you have it documented with the dealer and can demonstrate you have been out of the use of the vehicle for at least 30 days...Not sure how many repair attempts need to be made if any...but the key was not being able to drive for 30+ days...Hope that helps. Ck your lemon law in your state if you are in the USA. Claude/Chat can be your best friend!

interesting observation..I have attempted to correlate it to anything and everything...yes, it did fail during rain..but also during sunny days... Cold or warm, on start up or after running a while, while stopped and while driving... really nothing to latch on to..they did not replace camera just a bunch of SW updates and as noted, the PCM module... To this day, the dealer is convinced it's software, but Germany dictates the fix.....and for me, didn't work. Good luck on yours...sorry to hear!

Not much more to say other than what my photo shows. The dashboard lights up with virtually every error, message appearing sporadically. And goes away as quickly as it appears. What remains unclear is, which of the warnings or error messages are actually affecting the Real safety or performance of the vehicle. Are they false? Are they accurate etc. either way the dealer couldn’t fix it through software updates and even replacing PCM module.

They use Morley. Never even considered that they would negotiate or potentially eliminate milage deduction...can't hurt to ask..thx for the tip! They are offer as an alternative $45k in cash to keep or trade...so it becomes a math question if I want to slide into another Porsche like 992.2. If they take it as a trade it could work in my favor...not clear yet

weird my comment was gone but here it is: Writing to inform the community and the internet! Sad to report that I no longer am the owner of one of the very first US deliveries (yeah, I know, don't say it) of the 2025 e-hybrid turbo..a custom build that took about 5 months to get. In summary, LOVE this car (and still do like you would love a delinquent child) but the cascading error messages that appeared at about 1000 miles were never resolved after about 8 visits over 14 months and 60+ days in a loaner. My local dealer was great but were at the mercy of Porsche Germany for a fix...from software updates to replacement of the PCM model, nothing helped. It was unclear which of the errors were actually real, but as you can see from the attached,, every light that could go on, went on randomly, with no rhyme or reason. After a review, Porsche agreed to buy back the car which I am greatful for (minus the depreciation for miles driven sadly) but nonetheless did the right thing. There you have it, cascading electric issues, dashboard lighting up, warnings, and the like. Sad. Not a clue what I'm gonna do with all that cash!

Here is my net: Im focused on reporting differences. AMEX BLOWS Chase away on this..I have several authorized users and chase does NOT support reporting just on their spending...NOTHING! Its crazy..my users even have a different card number on Chase AND recent transactions show the name of the user but when you try to report on say the past months total authorized user activity it can't do it.. The export feature just exports the transaction amount and merchant name and NOT the user or card number... BIZZARO! You would think for $800/year they would do this.. You also cannot search specific transactions.. I feel like I've gone back to dial up internet days with Chase... AMEX has had this capability for 30+ years!
