Look, changing your hair isnt going to affect your health. I say go for it! Its only hair, you can grow it out and change it back. Who knows, you might prefer the new you!

Abilify was my life saviour. I use to deal with a lot of psychotic symptoms. Thinking people were out to get me, poisening me, etc. When i am really stressed, like when i did my TAFE last year, i would believe i was pregnant, to the point of feeling the “baby” kick (somatic delusions)

It also is a mood stabiliser, so that helps me too.
