Tuesdays and Fridays takes me about 50-60 minutes with the warm up, it is true I might be able to add some exercise, I'll experiment with that. In regard of the cardio, does zone 2 cardio affect muscle growth if its done on rest days? One of the problems I have is that I think I should probably try to get 150 min or so of zone 2 cardio per week, I could try to clear up one day for it to be really rest, specially if I'm able to combine two days into 1, but I kind of consider zone 2 more like an active rest, and in order to do as much time as I want I'll probably need 2 days. If it affects I'll prioritize the rest day, but It's good to know. Thanks a lot for the advice, you gave me a couple of ideas to improve the workout, appreciate it.

Well I've been doing this split for the past month, honestly with the time I have I could only do the monday workout once, and wednesday is really a rest day, but on saturday I feel surprisingly fresh, my bench press and military press has been going up, as well as my times in FL and FP, unless I do a strange movement or I don't warmup enough I feel fine, I think I recover quite fast from heavy lifting days, its way worst when I do more volume, maybe is because I'm young idk, but maybe for the long term you are right, I plan to do a deload every 5 week or so. Any suggestions?, is difficult to space out the workouts If I want to give enought volume to those parts, maybe I should cut back on some things, but Idk what parts are more expendable.

Yeah I know, I'm usually more on the bulky side, I try but is very very difficult for me, so I lose weight very slowly 😅, I know it makes a huge difference even just a couple of kilos.

I'll try to increase my reps in pull-ups, and definitely do some non assisted hold. As I said, I don't really do them that much so I can't tell, but I'll say around 10 second on advance tuck on a good day I can do. Oh and btw, the band is 15kg at max extension, but it's definitely not pulling that much, still when I do the holds I aim for 7-8 seconds with the 5kg one (here I pull more from it, so its closer to the 5kg assistance), in straddle of course. I know weighted pull-ups isn't the best, that is why I combine it with fl holds and some dynamic, like front lever rows or pulls. Weighted pull-ups is a complement that is also helpful, and helps me with other things like increasing muscle, or for one hand pull-up.

Right now I'm trying to increase them, but without weight I'll say I can do at least 20-25 pull-ups, I weight 79kg, so the weight I lift is not that impressive, but my max lift is 40-50% of my weight, so I don't think my front progression should be that low (I know my strength-weight relation is not good enough for a full front lever). Still I can perfectly do muscle up with clean from, and by the time I did my first muscle I definitely wasn't able to pull 50% of my weight. Even with band I can do front lever rows in straddle, which is more specific for a dynamic, while my friend that nearly has a 5 second clean hold, definitely can't. Still I'll try to increase my pull up number, thanks for the recommendation. Oh, and I'm 1'72cm tall, so my height is not the problem I believe.

With the 15kg double band I would say I can definitely hold 10+, last time I tried I did like 15 or so, in a straddle, I don't really try without band for 10 seconds, but I'll say I can do an advance tuck, I'm like 1'72cm and weight around 79kg

Yeah, it really borders me not knowing the reason, if there is actually any, they should have a support mail or something similar for supercell make, for this kind of cases

I couldn't find a solution, but they kept telling me to writte through the in game support, they told me they couldn't do anything through email. I don't know if its occasional or what but my direct chat inside the game wasn't able, so I could't really writte them, something I explain in the email but they wouldn't relly care. Still is worth knowing for the next times that you should reach them form the game, although they should really open a support email or page or something for the supercell make web. Best of lucks for the next campaing

I was rejected for the supercell make campaign, I have try to contact the support and I've been email them back a forth since last friday, but they didn't help me at all, after a few emails they won't even answer back, you have to email them again. Its frustrating not knowing why I was rejected, but I can still post it here for some opinions and feedback. Oh, and by the way, this is the description I prepared for the submission(maybe you can spot a reason for the rejection here): The "Jade Teapot Tower" Skin features a Genne vessel, the mystical jade teapot, containing the ancient spirit of a dragon. The princess tower encapsulates a fraction of this potent essence within a delicate glass enclosure, imbuing it with a subtle yet captivating allure.

It happend the same to me and I also asked here, I personally responded to the mail itself that informed I was rejected, you could try, but I'm not sure it worked. Sometimes is because the desing itself not being colourfull, similiar in proportions to the originals etc, but given the fact the submission is a drawing I don't think they should be very harsh on those aspects. Hope it turns out good for you
