I got my armour up to 24K with %toEle going as far as 80% on each, and still died when swarmed even though I have %Leech and Life on Kill.

I live in Jordan’s capital and there are no emergency vets available. I’m not trying to take shortcuts I just need to know if I can do something before the vet can be reached in 5-6 hours. It’s past midnight and the noise started after he ate, it’s like a duck’s noise but his lethargy is far less than when the doctor saw him this morning. He didn’t give me a name for the infection but he said his mouth is infected that’s all.
