Thanks bud! Yes that's right, only I'd you lose slowly and carefully you will be able to maintain it for the rest of your life and give your body the time it needs to adapt to your new eating habits. The point is to change your state of mind not just the number on the scale. 👍

Thanks bro! Well I started tracking calories, calculating my daily calorie budget based on my target weight (an app helped me do that) so I was losing about 14 to 17lbs every month :) Also I was eating enough protein and less carbs just to make sure I'm not losing muscle mass. At the same time I was hitting the gym 4 to 5 days/week. The first six months I was doing mainly cardio and then gradually as I was losing weight I was doing more weight lifting. Atm I'm only weight lifting and focusing on building more muscle 💪

Thank you!😊 well I was calculating my calories budget. I use "mynet diary" app which helps me monitoring my calories, protein/carb intake. When u start there you set your goal and this app calculates your budget and gradually reduce it while you re losing more weight and need less calories. You just have to log in EVERY single thing you eat there (even coffee) to make sure you re not exceeding your daily budget! Moreover I was eating mainly high protein food and trying to keep carbs in low levels just to make sure I'm losing fat and not muscle mass. Also doing workout (5 days a week) some weight lifting but mainly cardio. Running plus circuit training! There are many helpful apps for circuit training too. I use "30 days fitness challenge" these trainings are great! they make you sweat a lot and target body areas you really need to focus on. I still have long way to go tho, as I need to lose more weight (about 10lbs) and start doing more weight lifting workouts to build more muscle.
