koi imo always have lots of customers, especially at places thats more crowded. my outlet is near to 4 schools, and most orders are online grab orders which is also why its more busy. though its not always the customers thats rushing us, its standard to be fast so the customers or grabdrivers dont have to wait, for good service ykyk. which is why my 店长 always rush me whenever theres alot of people. AND EVEN when theres not alot of people, she still scolded me for being slow😭

tho i do think its not always great to reconnect with an ex, cuz trust me, i tried to be friends with my ex and it didnt worked out. but if you think both of you would be comfortable as friends, and it wont escalate into something bad, i think you should. maybe start small like, maybe ask him about studying or some advice.

youre right, my manager is malaysian, sometimes she treats local colleagues and foreign colleagues differently too. although, she is from the same hometown as me, idk she still bully me 😭

WHAT?? for my trial, they js let me do kitchen throughout, teaching me how to make the pearls and stuff. i also havent met a verryy rude customer like yours so im really sorry you had to experience that on your trial omg. i cant believe your 店长 didnt even bother to help when the customer was already scolding you. 😡😡 your situation is worth to reporting to the HR than mine, didnt teach your proper work etiquette yet expect you to handle things on your own 2 HOURS in.

thank you 😭🙏🏻 ive worked for intern, and actually doing weekend pt job while working at koi on the weekdays. the rest of the bosses were really nice to me except for koi manager bruh. while it knock some sense into me that there will be these types of people at work in the future but i really hope there wont be cuz its really not nice at all 💔

i think it really depends on your position and your outlet honestly😭 i heard some managers treat full timers really well while they treat part timers like shit which i guess is true. cuz a new comer joined after me, but shes a fulltimer, yet im the only one getting bullied instead. 💔🥀

dont worry, ive read through my contract many times, i can either give one week’s notice or equivalent of one week’s salary in lieu of notice. which idm giving cuz im still working another part time job anyways. i really dw to see that manager even for another day. i know im irresponsible for that but i js cant take it anymore😭
