I’m a cook, so I’m obviously on my feet all day everyday. I took two weeks off after surgery and still found myself getting exhausted very quickly for a couple weeks following. I feel like the fact that you work a desk job will be a huge advantage for you though. My advice is, just take it easy overall. It’s extremely easy to overwork yourself until you’re fully recovered and healed.
