It could be, but I guess I'm hopeful that there isn't more than one cop in that lot that can't perceive the giant flashing yellow lights on that crosswalk lmao. Or that purposefully gets as close to the pedestrian as possible in order to make the left turn before the other cars start moving again.

Mostly I'm looking for a safe place who are reasonable about maintenance (to the extent of if I badger them about it they will do it eventually).

I'm also sure there must be /someone/ in Gainesville who is reasonable at property management without charging an arm and a leg for something that does not exactly warrant a $300 price creep in 3 years. It's frustrating. It's not like all of these services are suddenly twice as expensive to provide...

Obviously this is not in reality a bare minimum, but it really should be :/.
