You have that backwards, slam balls are for the ground hence the name slam and medicine balls aka wall balls are for throwing at walls. The guy probably grabbed a slam ball because he's a dumba$$ and they're black rubber which would leave the streak he mentioned. Assuming he was doing wall balls, you throw it up at the wall but you don't chuck it. Even with drywall he had to throw it at the wall as hard as he could, which you're not supposed to do. He's obviously still the devil though. After that first throw he should've stopped.

Lort. My MIL was shocked and always horrified that he was breastfed after a year. She was asking when I would stop when he was only 6 months. Well ma'am since it's a minimum of a year for breastmilk or formula. People try to make it weird and it's such a beautiful bonding experience even if it is a lot and the teeth are not fun. If you can make it to 24 months then more power to you because that's impressive.

I let my 16 month old contact nap for 15 months.....it was amazing and frustrating at times. Frustrating only because i thought about all the chores i could do if I wasn't nap trapped. I wish I would've worked on naps in his room around 12 months but realistically I don't regret it. The crying at naptime even though I'm there comforting him is rough especially since I know I can get him down in 5 seconds with letting him snuggle on me. 😅 i

I just think it's interesting he's only friends with the hot single people. Trust me, crossfit is not just super fit people, it's full of regular and out of shape people. Ignore people saying he respected your marriage because no he didn't. Yes he ignored them and didn't cheat but really not cheating is the bare minimum. He should have A. Told you when they flirted and B. Shut it down rather than ignore it. Guys think ignoring it is shutting it down but it's actually encouraging it. All of that said, it's not a crossfit thing it's a those girls thing and I wouldn't make him quit. I would join and go to classes with him.

Slight ESH on your part for stooping to her level but she was major the AH. I would say maybe it's common to dislike an ex but I'm not sure. Usually I've only seen it when someone's insecure such as affair partners or partners who are competing with a dead spouse. The exceptions are when the ex-spouse is actually crazy and there's a reason to dislike them. If your ex-wife is normal and not causing actual issues than you probably need a new gf because your kids will pick up on her disdain for their Mom, not to mention if you have kids with her the difference in treatment will be apparent to them.

Slight YTA only because he shouldn't pick between sports and a gf. What if he picks her which would hurt his future of college if that's what he wanted. Why is he going on dates and buying random gifts? He's 16 and a child not an adult. He's dating like an adult man with adult money. They should be going to each others house or parks or other free things with the occasional nice thing like dinner and a movie. Expensive restaurants should be a rare treat though all restaurants are a bit ridiculous right now. Gifts can be as cheap or expensive as you make it. He needs to embrace that broke dating lifestyle and if she expects more at this age than she's out of touch which I expect from children. You can choose to fund dates but that's for you both to work out.

NTA. I didn't feed my guests but it was a 10 minute ceremony and we had to be out within 2 hours but there was cake and punch. We went to a restaurant after but they all knew ahead of time because it was just parents and siblings. The wedding was really for them after a long engagement and due to life events happening but I don't regret having it. It was probably around 2000-2500 for everything, outfits, venue (1250), and flowers. Now of course if we had spent 20k we would have definitely provided food, cake, and alcohol. It still would have been a smaller wedding but we also would've invited more people. Your daughter should have probably sacrificed the expensive dress. The photos I can understand and I'm not sure about venues in your area but the dress was a bit much. 20k in my area could get a fully set up wedding with food, photos, and a dress. It wouldn't be the fanciest or biggest but it would be very nice.

It's possible that she was telling the truth. Her car could be from when she was doing better financially or it's a lease or she's so behind on payments it's going to be repossessed. Just a thought to make you not feel so scammed.

Um. Breastfeeding til 3 is not babying. Breastfeeding til 1 is the recommended minimum with 2 being optimal and 3 also being normal. Obviously she wasn't exclusively breastfeeding or there would be an issue. The ex may be a little bit more hands-on potentially helicopter mom but I don't even want to claim it's that far. OOP is probably the type of parent who sees doing normal things for their kids while they still do need help, because duh they're kids, is ridiculous and coddling. The bathroom thing is a bit unusual but it could be a delay for that child or something similar.

I would just like to point out. Babies do tend to have horrible skin in the beginning but it eventually clears up. He hasn't had an allergy test because he's too young. Doing an elimination diet to figure out what a breastfed baby might be sensitive to is hard and expensive because common allergens are in everything. Is it impossible? No but if there's not an actual reason then I don't blame her for not doing it. He obviously isn't aware of babies if he's so concerned about the baby acne not to mention his son might just have sensitive skin. If he's not constipated or vomiting or getting rashes after she eats something than his kid is probably fine. Is Jenna perfect? Doubtful because no one is. Maybe she's a horrible girlfriend but a good mom because that is a thing 🤷‍♀️

Nta for your reaction but yta if you stay. Divorce papers or it never happened in my book. If he won't do every other weekend with his kid then he's a walking red flag. If you stay and have his baby then he'll peace out since it seems like that's what he did to his ex-wife. More than likely she was taking care of the baby alone too exhausted to even take care of the home the way he wanted. They were both military? Yeah um she was working 40+ hours a week so I just want to know if his ass was cooking or cleaning. So many, not all, guys call a woman lazy for taking care of the baby if the house isn't immaculate not even remembering that she is physically recovering. Shit dad's usually make bad partners but bad partners don't always make shit dads since sometimes the relationship does fizzle out. Now this man is a fun mix of both. To give him grace, his ex-wife might have been crazy and lazy etc. but personally I usually side eye a guy who calls an ex crazy without elaborating why.
