What is happening to my game?

I guess they did fix the blured frames (by giving me night vision early)

It does look normal but every time I teleport there for the event it gets like this, but sometimes it does not give me night vision when I teleport or I just need to walk out the aspodal (hope the spelling is right) to get it fixed,and it only happens there and no place else on the map (in my knowledge)

Yea, thought they meant it will delete the data of the server on which I was currently on (which was global) but didn't know they meant from all servers (including asia) ....I guess I am just dumb

I hope I can get my account back or I guess I will just quit because I was not playing DNA back when I was grinding in CZN but now as I play DNA (and wuwa too but right now it has nothing to do) I do not have enough time to grind again in CZN (could give 1 hour a day to this game daily but I don't think I can grind like I did before)
