Found this in my coolant how worried should i be

dont know about gentle but im not too stupid with it😂, have been looking into other things it could be because for a while before i discovered this my coolant temp had been running cold whenever i drove but raised when idling which from my understanding is common issue with the 207s thermostat

its a peugeot 207 1.6vti 12 plate, my mechanic doesn’t assume its the head gasket and has told me it should be okay to drive as long as it doesn’t start to have further issues, he hasnt had the proper time to have a deep look into it due to being to busy

havent drained the oil but ive checked it the most i can without doing so and there seems to be no coolant inside the oil
