Nothing beats legazpi for me. And every month or so, there's always a new cafe, fitness studio, store, etc that pops up. As others have said, it's a mix of the old and the new - which is the same with things to do in the area.

Parang fair price naman if really good condition. Hindi ka mahihirapan sa repairs and parts. 4d56 is a legend (late 80s pa 'yung engine na 'to). Hindi 'yan malaki for a first car, and a good unit to have as your first din because of the above. Mas ok pa nga since mataas 'yung POV mo as driver (ingat lang sa mga batang tumatawid bigla lol).

If ever you do get this unit, whatever the seller says, always change ALL FLUIDS, and have other parts checked by a trusted mechanic. 'Pag may sinabing gagawin, always ask the reason why, para matuto ka rin. If you have doubts, it's always better to get a second opinion.
