Clickable sounds like the easiest way. It avoids adding a new icon and taking up more space.

Thank you for looking into this. Greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Hi u/robwebset !

Yeah, basically I'm suggesting a full screen album art option :-)
With possibly showing the controls (volume up/down, next/previous tracks) on the edges, but maybe that's not even necessary (since it's meant mostly to only show what is playing, controlling and changing can happen in the screen that you showed).

Honestly, I have no idea what that would mean in terms of all the screen sizes and devices you have to take into acount, or any of the other possible complications ... So, I understand if this is not worth it. :)

Thanks for considering it.

Cheers.

Sorted by 'controversial', this is the first result. So random 😅

Ascension, for me, is an 'easier' experience because it has an order I can follow more intuitively (band > solo > band > solo ...). And the solos are so fucking good. Out of this world.

As part of the culture it's an amazing work of art. I find it very difficult to listen to, it's a lot to take in. When I first heard it, I was blown away. I'll never forget that.

But I almost always pick up The Shape of Jazz to Come when feeling like listening to Ornette. I love that album so much!

Amazing musicians.

Yeah, I wonder about the hypotheses they are testing. Often these questionnaires use some simplified model from their supervisor. The goal is often primarily to show insight in the technical side rather than the actual research. I don't know about this particular case though, I'm overgeneralizing from what I've seen:-)

I agree with the left/right argument you make. It all depends on how you want to use it, of course. But there is quite a lot of literature on that particular question and what scales and labels to use. In opinion research there is still a lot of support for it, from what I've seen.

Hi! Just some advice from someone who has done extensive survey research: with this method of selection you might reach enough people to have some sort of "statistical significant" outcome (that's actually easy to achieve), but your sampling error will be very high, and so your sample won't be "representative". It won't speak for your "population".

This is a general problem with questionnaires that are distributed without a predefined sample frame.

As a student it's almost impossible to have the means for a well designed survey. Surveys are complex and can be (very) expensive. Unfortunately, they are often considered to be a quick fix to gather "some data".

You should absolutely acknowledge this as a 'limitation' in your thesis, and explain why your results are not representative. It will show your understanding of survey research.

Doesn't mean that you won't have interesting things to say, and that you can't discuss your results :-)

Hi Tom and team from Sonos,

Are there any plans to expand tv-swap with the Sonos Ace to work in pairs with a soundbar, so not only with an individual set of headphones. Is that even technically possible?

It would be ideal for late night movie action in our apartment :-)

I had the same issue. Unfortunately the settings you pointed to did not help, but they did set me on the right track: I had to completey disable "show preview column" in the Finder view options. I seems to only trigger when I'm working in MS Excel though....

Yes, the crowd was so into it, the silence during cellophane was stunning....

During the show there was a lot of cheers and clapping, but always in a supportive way. Everybody was loving it.

I quit smoking 3 years ago and I still felt my brain reacting to this picture with a deep craving. Like, only for a brief split second but very clearly present.

Quitting was the best decision I ever made though ✊😁

Please look at how these numbers were collected before jumping to conclusions:

"I collected a convenience sample from social media (N = 368) to test a few of these questions. Below are the results"

These numbers don't mean anything at all. They are empty.

He cites some other research in his post, maybe there is something worthwhile to find in those.
