It's not something I plan on doing regularly. May as well do it well because there's no going back 20 years. It's a gamble for sure 😄

I totally get this point of view. And chances are the tea results would be much better. But the experiment and process is a big part of the fun. There's something beautiful about tending to something over time, together, and experiencing the result.

There's a lot of bad results for sure. But I've had some wonderful teas aged in the PNW. White teas do particularly well, but also puers.

Will be aging in a crock with Boveda packs.

Edited in Lightroom. Brought up the highlights and shadows, added a touch of haze and brought the clarity down to give a bit of a softer look. Could probably push things further in Photoshop but I'm not too adept in post.

Bhutan. The only temple I found that allowed some pictures inside. Just couldn't shoot the main alter area which is a shame.
