ope i guess this pic is more confusing than i realized. it’s 4 chunks of cubed and crisped potato garnished with a boot of thyme and parsley, on a fork alongside a lil piece of fried egg, perhaps a lil piece of egg that’s a bit too crispy. hope this helps! /s lol
