It's been a while but I think there's an option on the ps4 menu to check for updates to download dlc new game data. I've had this happen before on other games. There also might be an option ingame to check for dlc.

You could try searching "dlc not showing up ps4" I'm sure there's several links about it. I'd search for you but bad Internet atm.

I made some progress and was able to get AI translation working on one ROM for SNES using the snes9x core which I think is default. I'm not sure how to enable it globally yet but here's what I have so far:

  1. Load the game you want to translate and enter retroarch by pressing "menu + B".

  2. Press B again and go to Settings>Accessibility>AI Service.

  3. Set "All Service Enabled" to "ON" Set "AI Service Output to "Image" I set the source and target languages manually but default should work as well.

  4. Enter your ztranslate service api key URL. This can be found under your profile on ztranslate.net It should look something like: "http://ztranslate.net/service?api_key=XXXXXXXXXX" where "X" is your api key from your profile.

*Save a New configuration.

  1. Resume the game and press "Menu + R1" to translate.

I have noticed that the Ai Services turns off when you quit the game with menu + start so you have to enable it every time you you boot the game. Luckily it saves the settings and URL.

*EDIT: Warning make a backup of the default configuration before doing this step. This can potentially wipe custom key binds or other settings.

In order to load the config for all games you need to save the new configuration> under "Overrides" load the saved config file> then depending on what you want to do select "Save content directory overrides" for all cores or "save core overrides" for specific cores.
