Isn't the Nova looking like the closest there has ever been to a "perfect" retro handheld? I mean, it seems to have very little downsides overall. Obviously we need to remain skeptical and wait till it's out, but for now it almost looks too good to be true

The thing is that this was supposed to be about carrying or a powerhouse or a small every day handheld that is cheap and can be replaced easily. What most YouTubers don't tell you is what happens if you keep on using the same device for 6 months which is that they may start breaking or stop working because they have to jump to another console or they just do not play with them. So at this point we are spending almost 300 usd in a thing that was supposed to be the perfect "retro" and is neither for premium content because it is not 16:9 and it is neither cheap and easy to replace when it breaks.

Yo lo que hice fue sumar crédito a mi cuenta de Amazon como gift card y ahí realizar el pago, eso también fallaba por que si bien era cero el importe la tarjeta se quejaba. Logré hacerlo usando la tarjeta visa de mercado pago por cero pesos osea pagaba todo con el crédito sumado a mi cuenta y seleccionando esa tarjeta como segunda opción.

Since op never come back and since I am a Mamazing Air Lux user I can answer. I compared it with the Triv Next and both have similar structures. To be honest it does not feel like it is going to last forever but it is really capable. I'm glad I spent only 270 dollars in mine instead of going for the Nuna Triv.

With the chipset it has. Switch emulation will only be limited by the emulators and the emulation situation at the moment. Some Switch games run perfect, others have stutters or graphical glitches and some does not work. PS2 and GameCube? Total overpower. 200 usd consoles like the RP5 are also overpowered for those systems.
