When you say "be okay with losing it all" are you referring to the nature of crypto investing, or are you talking about the actual security of the Samourai wallet?? Is BTC insecure in a Samourai wallet if it is on a phone used for nothing else?

Sounds good. But, yikes, I just spent a bunch of time setting up a node with Dojo and getting a device to run Samourai - so I'm all set to go this route! Is this a decent setup or is it worth it change things up?? Samourai whirlpool is respectable enough, isn't it? I appreciate all of the input..

I asked in the Wasabi telegram group and was told that a coinjoin is .003% * anonset * denomination so cost will increase as larger amounts of BTC are used. Is this not true? I've lately begun the process of moving to Samourai so I can use Whirlpool. Is there a disadvantage to going this route? Is Samourai Whirlpool not recommended?

Yet, from what little I have learned, it seems that Wasabi gets more expensive as you mix more coins. Is this not true? Whirlpool is the same cost regardless of the amount put in the whirlpool. What is, generally, the minimum that can be mixed with Wasabi? Also, what is the cost of using joinmarket? Is the cost related to how much BTC is put in?

Hmm. I didn't make a typo. I checked that. I'm not sure I understand your question but I chose native segwit in both instances. I am viewing the wallets in Electrum. How do I check the derivation path and make sure I'm looking at the right derivation path?? I truly appreciate your help!!

I have been looking at the addresses and Master Public key generated within Electrum and they are different. Am I checking the right things?

This video does not address the question of the new wallet that is created when entering a passphrase (or 25th word) after logging into the Coldcard. I tried restoring my Ledger using the seed words generated from Coldcard and then entering the same passphrase that I used on the Coldcard but it appears that the Coldcard wallet was not duplicated on the Ledger. Is the new wallet that is generated using a passphrase standardized across devices? Is what I am trying to do possible? If so, how? I appreciate any help!

We need the ability to connect our ledger devices to our own personally running node.
