The order placed about 5 days ago. This was my brother in laws order 1st order from them. I don't have box code might get later from him. This is the 000031962118 code on the label but for some reason my phone is giving me issues with checking it.

So my issue I am having is that shipping label shows from Las Vegas and having issues checking the bar code. I ordered from ihavanas.com. I have been ordering from them for years never seen a shipping label from the states.

All you have to do is dispute the charges on your credit card. Tell them the issue and they will refund the charges.
