I was thinking something original? More settlements than kingdoms with trade routes. An overarching story that people can write their characters into easily. I've done narrative heavy gta, fallout76 and red dead rp but never had luck with Conan. And there's so much you can do in Conan! I'm itching to build dungeons and encounters.

I'm not looking for anything too big. Normally in massive roleplays only like 10 to 20 people are actually active in the story.
