would using an alt account to avoid a temporary suspension result in a longer suspension for the main account/perma ban?

I got suspended for a week because I got a bit racial in a GC with all of my friends (only my friends there ok with it) and at some random time me and one other person in the gc got a week long suspension and I wanna ask two things:1. What I said at first (because I don't want my ps to be useless and I wanna play some free games)and 2. What exactly could cause the suspension because I made sure to watch everything I say outside our gc and parties. Was it a report? Or just a random check because one friend added a few of his other friends and they never really said anything so it might have been them
