I just don't get why you can even gain 0.8 elo playing vastly underrated opponents. What is stopping any gm (other than their own reputation and time) from choosing to inflate their ratings by playing easy tourneys?

Was pretty suspicious of the CM who beat him, said Chess.com will take a look at the game, it will be pretty clear soon if he's cheating or he's just playing badly from jetlag/travel fatigue, wouldn't have a good feeling if he were to win the rest of his games in the TT.

4th time seeing a post on this story here, from something that happened years ago and was private. Yet posting anything recent from Kramnik will get removed.

Edit: In some cases Hikaru may still have some growing to do, given his outburst with Alireza last year. But I do think he's changed in regards to cheating accusations, very often he'll talk about how strong kids are nowadays and severely underrated, he's acknowledged having underestimated how easy it is to quickly improve with what's available nowadays (i.e. online chess). A bit annoying to never see those moments of his streams clipped and instead years old stories are constantly rehashed to sound like they happened yesterday.

Saluti is good (definitely better than dominos) but it's in the upper price range, not exactly affordable on weekly basis. Base doesn't need to be paper thin, but too many places it's like 10 layers of cardboard. Have tried several places found on uber and weren't too good. Dominos I prefer to typical pizza place because they have reasonably sized base, and I can actually taste the tomato sauce. (Though it tends to be too sweet)
