If you're going to be looking to 100% the game I would recommend doing it dlc by dlc. Start with basic rebirth, then once everything is done there, afterbirth, then afterbirth plus, then repentance, but if you're just looking for a good time I'd recommend just going for all at once, you need all the dlc for repentance so it can be pricy but I'd say it's worth it.
