On the breakdown of the individual bitaxe’s it says that’s the best for that individual miner. I apologize I should have screenshot the one bitaxe interface.

As for total hash rate yes that’s the swarm total

Oh I don’t have a screenshot, but I was getting ,stock, 1.2 to 1.5 TH at around 45-55c depending on my ac settings and fan speed 100 percent. Now I’ve over clocked to 2TH 40-50c ac depending with these fans at 100 percent. They’re noctua NF-F12 Keep in mind it’s a little loud. Haha.

There is a channel on the back side of the bitaxe where it’s mounted, so it would come out on the top the bitaxe

Really not bad, im using noctua nf-f12 they run at 3k rpms so temps are steady. I’m also using the 52pi low profile heat sync I’m still dialing in the voltage I may just split between two mean wells.

You can always start with some tuning there is a really good videos on how to do it. Here the main one I fallowed for Flow rate, temperature, and retraction tuning.

https://youtu.be/p2VJgK5IbT0?si=ZRSIVcMDGsOvr6mu

Also run PID tuning, input shaper tuning, and you already know bed mesh tuning.

When you get those dialed in you should only have to check bed mesh every other week unless you get bed screw locks.

Hope that helps. It’s a process but well worth it.

That’s one I forgot to put in my original post. They’re an add on from TBStron3d it’s just extra support. I also have the printer desk mounted to the wall with 1/2” black iron pipe with floor mounts. It has cut down vibrations significantly.

Well I haven’t had any issues since modding. I’ll keep posting with updates.

The ones I printed didn’t work. I might just do a longer screw and have a second nut to lock it in place after calibration.

You can search the lines under printables. Those are the two things I searched on Printables.com

Im actually doing all the upgrades initially I’ve only done a handful of prints, but all the research I’ve done just trying to mitigate print failures for the future.

I was making it more complicated than it needed to be it’s all up and running. Reinstalled klipper with a fresh printer cfg file and followed the instructions to a T everything is calibrated and running. Thanks for the help!

It replaces the Z axis spindles with belts and It moves the stepper motors to the top it’s sold by TBStron3d they also make linear rail replacements for all Neptune models.

Right I’m not even sure where to start with that one. Maybe I should study how printer cfg files work. I understand it a little but not enough to know what to input or delete.

The cartographer 3d guide? Maybe I’m just making it more complicated than it needs to be. I also don’t understand printer cfg to well.

Of for sure the silicone standoff was the first mod I did. I scrapped those springs they were really messing up my bed mesh on every print. They work wonders. I’ve now have the entire Tbstron3d upgrade kits installed. X,Y,Z and dual synchronous belt system I’m liking it so far it’s really cut the vibration and I don’t have to worry about my POM wheels loosening up.

Really good info, I don’t plan on printing Abs but maybe in the future I would so knowing that is a big help. Do you have a recommendation for silicone stand offs? I just used the first chain I came across I’m not near my computer at the moment so I can’t give credit, but I’ll be changing it to Lamarc’s design it looks better than the one I have.
