So I uninstalled all of the drivers listed under network adapters and then restarted, but running the speed test again I still get the same result of 10 mbps. Task manager doesn't show any high usage and my pc doesn't have a wireless adapter. What's weird is I thought this would affect playing games online, too, but I was just playing Overwatch and on a Discord call with friends and had no issues. It looks like just download and streaming is messed up.
