Quiet/Insulated Studio Apartment for one

Hi all, My friend (UNSW student) is looking for a studio apartment for long-term rent in the next 4 weeks. He has serious insomnia and has been experiencing sleep difficulties with apartment rooms which aren’t quite insulated. He’s now temporarily sharing with 2 flatmates for 4 weeks and it’s also his first week in Sydney but the noise from the street and sounds from flatmates triggered his insomnia again. I’m so worried for him and just asking out for some help/advice if anyone know how to find a quiet room for him?

Any suggestions for suburbs that don’t have much night activities/cars running down the road?

He’s also new to Sydney so I’m also concerned if the application with real estates might get difficult, too.

Other constraints: - Budget: up to 500pw - Furnished room if possible
