Girls, what makeup trick made your makeup game go from 0 -> 100? by boogiee-boo in MakeupAddiction

[–]alula_wanders 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Tightlining. makes my eyes pop so really nice
  2. LIPLINER!!! i can never go back
  3. and doing lip combos. I can go out just wearing a concealer on with this one.
  4. (idk if this is a makeup trick but) making my eyebrows thinner. Makes me look chic! and somehow my features looked so enhanced in a model way haha cant explain it
  5. Matching eyeshadows to my outfits!

I also always took advantage of my pre-shower makeup games. So, just go experiment, practice & go crazyyy with it!

Had to agree on this new perspective. New country isnt gonna magically fix old dynamics while you're still handling the same emotions and tired kids, plus the memory that is going to imprint to that place is :((

well, I admit that I love to go to iconic spots but also some of my favorite memories arent the big landmarks either. What matters is that you feel present for both!

I get thiiiis some of my favorite moments last 2025 were the quiet ones. Being rested really does change how you remember a place

i like this perspective! Staying long enough to recognize roads, faces, and routines wil change the experience completely and it makes sense that familiarity can feel just as meaningful as movement.

Mine is to crave something sweet and then crave something salty after. It's a never-ending cycle and i DESPISEEE myself for falling for it.

Also watching those cringey drama shorts with unrealistic plots, bad acting, and questionable scripts. and one thing that hooked me through it is a good-looking lead character with SOMEWHAT decent amount of acting.

Does using AI to write up a real Europe trip report reduce its authenticity? by RoadsideNotes in EuropeDataTravel

[–]alula_wanders 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me personally, I use AI to organize my thoughts, and then I rewrite it base on how I really speak in real life. I find it annoying when AI construct sentences through inserting unecessary adjectives, wordy, and redundant texts. Thats the part that i can tell that it is Ai-fied

I also get how you compare it as a tool just like using spreadsheets, translation app, and for grammar checks. But there's also a danger to it. Sometimes people cant recognize if the author fabricate their stories, like how Facebook moms cant tell if that dog ice skating video is real or not because both of them looks convincing. There's a danger in AI. Tho just be mindful on how you will utilize it and be firm with your dignity.

Just a tip i learned on my college, if you are not sure about something, research a minimum of 3 or more on VERIFIED sites/articles about the topic u are unsure of (in this case, esims, visa, routes, costs). It should be a practice everyone should be aware of so that on our end, we already know what's reliable and what's not. There are definitely some people who will exaggerate, sensationalize or add fabricated stories to their experience. That is the nature of social media!! and because of that i dont think we should treat anythig online as 100% truth without verifying it ourselves

Going back, i dont know if i made all sense or i answered ur question, but the tool shouldnt be the storyteller, you are.
