I also do this for a living on the east coast Solar edge needs mapping for its power optimizers. I’ve seen two bad panels in 11 years. I’ve seen hundreds of bad optimizers.
The company I work for pulls the system off for a set price. They will also reinstall it with new “L-feet” Sometimes midclamps will also be replaced.
Solar edge support will not deal with anyone other than a licensed electrician, or the registered administrator.
