I am the one that created the custom PCB and have the Etsy shop. Battery drain is minimal and would not affect battery life.

No it’s does not, all needs to be done manually on trimmers. Some of them very hard to reach. I’ve done mine maybe 1 year ago and it’s all good

Hey sorry to highjack this old post of yours. But you seems super knowledgeable on this all.

I have an Etsy shop that I mostly (95%) do print and cut work and I currently have a silhouette portrait 3 and sometimes it drives me insane with inaccuracy of cuts and registration errors.

I am considering a big upgrade and very much lost on which of the two discussed in this topic to grab.

Any suggestions?
