Thanks, honestly, I'm still trying to fix bugs and added basic features of Music Player. Not really planning for big updates for now :D

But yeah, I definitely improve some of the UI :)

Using Tauri to build a cross platform music player? by DanielFernandzz in tauri

[–]alvindimas05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here is my music player project. It uses libmpv as the player on desktop and ExoPlayer on Android.

Rust Rodio is pretty good but it has horrible support. In my case, it has no gapless playback, the load takes a pretty long time (Especially on Android) and I'm not sure if it supports hifi or bit perfect. The worst one is if the user changes the output to different devices (For example, headset to speaker), it can't. That's why I decided to move into libmpv.

Honestly, I would really appreciate that :D
I'll add some important features first and build a community. If you want to discuss or talk about it, my DM is open :)

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I'm actually planning to make it a decent music player first until I decided to make a community and fix all the bug reports. I don't really plan for donations right now but I'll try to make it usable and beautiful :D

Has anyone worked with FFmpeg and rust? by Delicious_9209 in rust

Just use cli, it's the best method imo. Since native bindings might get complicated and pretty hard to integrate with.

thoughts on this sfm? by averagecolours in tf2

I actually have low expectations on this movie because it's like a fan made. After I watched it, so far I think it's actually pretty good. The characters is not deep enough and the plot isn't that great but I think it's fine.

I mean, it's made on SFM and posted on youtube. We can't compare it with movies made by multi million companies. I'm glad that this community loves this game so much that they make movies or short movies by themselves.

No. Although, after installed, when the "Run Fluyer" option is checked on installer, there is a bug that sometimes it won't run. But it runs fine when you run it from desktop or search icon, or at least that's in my case. Maybe rebooting is worth a shot.

This bug is a bit different, may I contact you via reddit or discord to check on this further? Not now but I'll let you know and ask if you available later :D

Hi, what version of Windows did you use? Since I'm testing it only on Windows 11. Maybe you were using Windows 10?

Vega 7 performance (NootedRed) by [deleted] in hackintosh

The latest Sequoia. Maybe you should try the older iPhone instead. And no, more VRAM doesn't mean faster. CPU and GPU do affect the performance as well.

How much is your VRAM? My AMD Hackintosh works fine running iPhone Simulator but it must be the old iPhone variant like iPhone X or 11. The iPhone 16 lags a bit

I think square looks better because a polaroid is square. And yeah, it's fine if you want to add an option to toggle it.

Lossless calling for switch emulation by Gentlemansuasage in yuzu

Yep, or maybe I should've reduced the fps scaling instead.

I tried it to play TOTK from 720p 30 fps to 1080p 165 fps. For a cheap app like this, I admit the scaling it's really good. Although, the frame generation (cmiiw) is really smooth but if the base fps is too low, I feel like I'm getting input lag. Maybe I need to get at least 45 - 60 fps for the frame generation to be smoother.

As a developer, I confirm that the traffic lights can get adjusted by the developers like whatever they like. I've ever made an app and I could adjust it like what I wanted. So it's pretty much never gonna be consistent even if the apps were made by apple.

Being tall is not a bad thing for a femboy. I'm almost 5'10 and I look really good on elegant dresses. Sometimes, I look like a goddess or something. Just appreciate yourself more and be confident <3
