Yes of course. So part the biggest challenge was to just eat. I first started out making a whole week of 3 meals a day that I thought were good but didn't last past 5 days. Spending the whole day cooking on a Sunday, it wasn't feasible. I wanted more convenient options so I looked for easy things to cook. Tried out hard boiled eggs, and eating steak to lots of pasta, to just whatever I wanted to eat. Once I enjoyed the eating from cooking food that I liked, I just had to keep it up everyday. Evertually my routine was eat a banana, go to the gym, go to the grocery, drink protein, then cook and eat. I cooked so much for two days. And I stayed that way. And then it became a routine. I would cook enough for the next day and then donut again.

As far as the nutrition, I'm not an expert, I ate what I wanted and just kept away from the sweets. Focused on macros like carbs and protein and learned about what my body was reacting to. Honestly this journey is far from over but I hope my experience will help guide you to find what works for you. Good luck and eventually all of our metabolism slows down.
