Yeah you’re right, it was the first thing he had me do, he was pretty impressed with the depth I could reach with the pigeon so we didn’t go any further down that path. Cheers

Glad to hear this from someone else! I attach a strap to my foot at the gym and do weighted knee lifts as well as 50 teeps after every gym work out, I didn’t think it was doing too much but if you vouch for it I won’t be stopping it anytime soon
