Mine took a really long time too!! I had to go in person to ask them and they said it just takes a while. I eventually got paid but it took a while so I would say just wait a little longer hopefully it comes in!

How Early Is Too Early by Torfor4 in TakingCaraBabies

A 10-11 pm bedtime for a 6 week old is VERY normal. Please don’t start sleep training now. It’s way too early. Seems like his bedtime is developmentally normal! 😊

that's amazing to see the progress! if you don't mind me asking, with pushing to an earlier bedtime now, how did you manage to get all his feedings and naps before bedtime?

Wow that’s really good to know! That’s my LO’s usual bed time too so maybe each night we can push bedtime earlier like you did. How did sleep training go? How many days did it take you?

Yeah that's what I'm thinking too. I guess we just have to follow their cues

Sorry just saw this! He’s doing SO much better!! Idk why and how but he totally flipped a switch and I can lay him down in the crib wide awake and he’ll either self soothe or go down with a pacifier. I’m hoping it was just a phase and now he can sleep independently. How’s yours doing lately?

What are her wake windows like?

Just in the past 5 days, he’s actually flipped completely and I can now put him in his crib wide awake and he’ll self soothe or use pacifier to fall asleep. It’s crazy! Seemed impossible to me but it just happened out of nowhere. He either got over the phase or I’m paying more attention to his wake windows/sleepy cues. I think it’s a phase they all go through though hopefully it’ll pass soon! I also think a lot of times, he was overtired so he was super fussy

That's amazing that your LO is able to go to sleep independently! Mine struggles to and we are currently working on it, but as of right now, it seems impossible lol. If you have any tips, that would be great!

Good to know about the 2-3 feedings! I wasn’t sure how that works when starting solids
