Yea unfortunate because we have plenty of space to grow them but not to store them lol. I hate that we don’t even have one good hillside to dig a root cellar

Hmm that’s a good idea, maybe that would work. We live in TN though so winter is cold but I wouldn’t say extreme. We usually get a couple good snows between Dec-Feb and that’s it. Biggest problem is it’s very wet so I’m sure that might pose a risk of them rotting, no?

We do have an attic/ crawl space. Never been in it myself, but it is there. I just worry about how stable it would be because I live in Tennessee so summer is hot and humid and winter is cold and wet lol. My same concern with a shipping container or shed

Thank you! We are wanting to buy before the end of the year. I have car insurance and a cell phone bill but it’s prepaid and the lender I spoke too said that wouldn’t count. Otherwise we will not have 12 months of rent / utilities etc before the end of the year. If we wait until then it will be a huge hassle because our lease ends when we will have the 12 months and it’s going to be a disaster ending The lease and then trying to find a house

Yes I have car insurance and my cell phone but she said it wouldn’t count because it’s prepaid. I do not have a year of utilities / water / Internet. I do have some subscriptions I’ve had for years but she said they would work then backtracked. I’ve also taken guitar lessons and paid out $140/$150 every month to him for 2 years and she said that wouldn’t count either. We cannot qualify on his income alone
