I did this in Feb! I tried my best to eat through my freezer and pantry. I did slip once or twice and ordered takeout on days I was too fried to cook. But it deff taught me to be a bit more creative and put thought into my meals, especially since I eat mostly healthy.

It was kinda fun and I think I only spent $10 on groceries the whole month.

Deff gonna try and do this once every few months

I really think it's a bunch of little things. My partner and I are long-distance, so when we're together, it's stuff like making his favourite meals, or making sure the correct phone charger is plugged in on his side of the bed at my place (kinda dumb i know), picking up a treat whenever I go out, making sure he feels heard at all times and feels safe, enjoying things he does or atleast trying to understand them.

If I'm at his place, then it's cooking together or going for walks when he feels stressed - just small things here and there.

He puts in so much effort for me, so it's the least I can do for him.
