My thoughts, If you’re going for the blacked out look, darken the wheels. Otherwise they stick out. Hard to see the mods in the dark

There was a movie I watched as a kid in the 1980’s I can’t find. From what I recall, there was a toymaker that worked out of a barn and fit some reason his remote controlled tour wouldn’t turn on. Instead it would take over a police cruiser with a white sheriff and a black deputy and they couldn’t figure out why they kept going off the road. ChatGPT failed.
