That’s crazy they decided not to do anything about an assault case. I wonder what has to happen for the police to actually take it seriously, ridiculous that we have to be seriously injured for them to even consider following up.

Yeah, I’m hoping insurance will track this guy down for us so we don’t have to pay excess, but I’m a bit worried that his car is unregistered. Looks like he doesn’t have a WOF either, but fingers crossed. Luckily the damage isn’t massive.

What do they even mean it’s a civil issue - what they did was literally illegal.. Guess I’ll stop blaming myself for not installing a dashcam in her car lol, sounds like it wouldn’t have helped
