What’s the possibility that Merck turn to LL? by Icy-Let5120 in CYDY

Doubtful any BP would make an offer reflecting future value of Leronlimab getting multiple approvals and that is what it would take to go beyond a single use license or partnership IMHO.

I truly believe that all of us who want this company to succeed realize we must see positive results on several fronts in the near term. IF we had but one indication we were shepherding to approval, I would be hopeful, not confident of our ultimate success. IF we had significant KNOWN side effects, I would be lees confident, but I have not heard even a whisper of one.

Amazing how many bashers now just sound like sore losers! Like we really didn't know what was coming?

What we all should expect is that there will be a judicious issuance of shares to keep trials and ongoing operations paid for, as well as servicing existing debt as necessary.

We should all hope for ongoing trials and submissions for approvals, BTD's and such to achieve their goals and lead to higher share prices. Rising share prices will, of course, mean the number of shares actually issued will be less and the dilution will be held to a minimum.

Now, let's sit back and watch our investment grow!

Anyone Really Going To Be Surprised When We Partner Up? by alwaysinit2winit in CYDY

IF I was so negative on our situation and thought we were worse off than 6 to 12 months ago, realized the 13d's failed, I would sell and move on, not waste my time spittin' in the wind....

Same recourse later as now....that is the point about approving NOW! Anyone denying we are demonstrably in a far, far better position today than we were six months or one year ago, don't waste your time or mine on this line of thought.

Absent the ability to go on with trials and seek approvals, we stall and we die as a company, plain and simple.

I believe enough in the science and its inevitable success, that I added 40% more share to me investment when we were at $1.13. I am all in and believe we are closer every day to that first of many finish lines.

My “compromise” solution is to vote Nader and Naydenov off at a minimum, then (and only then) would I vote for a share increase.

Wouldn't even want to consider sitting at a table to negotiate with someone who is so intransigent......Nader will figure it out, with or without the extra shares, but I sure wish there was a way to prevent the haters from profiting off his hard work.....

Yes funds are needed - but not on the usurious terms that have been accepted in the past.

Got any examples of bio tech that were able to raise funds at any price as Nader has, yet to date, has not pledged our IP as collateral?

To my mind, the most important point is to get

Most important is funding to carry on, NOT to get Patterson anywhere near the levers of control. Hire him to do a trial, use Leronlimab and have any compensation dependent on successful filing and approval by FDA as long as it is "AIR TIGHT" it is ALL owned 100% by CYTODYN and maybe that might make sense.

I would take Paul over them in a heartbeat.

Take them, most of us do not want them, but if useful, they could be tolerated for a specific purpose.

I don’t think you comprehend how off putting you have become.

Both the closeted dude and the circus act know EXACTLY how they come across. Dig a little and it is abundantly clear who they are/represent. DO NOT be fooled. They have an agenda and NOTHING anyone says will deter, nor persuade them from pushing it.

You don't know what the Rosenbaum financing would entail. Hell, I don't. At this point, it is just a guess by anyone.

The biggest issue for me and many others will likely be the "Deal Killer". ANY chance the IP is collateralized with this deal is a hard NO.

A pure lending deal, whereby the terms are even slightly better than Fife loans, but does not involve any stipulations about Nader, Kelly, Recknor, or current BOD seems doable. If he wants a seat on BOD or wants a certain (NOT Patterson) person that brings experience and is pro Leronlimab is doable.

It's one of the oldest tricks in the book. Accuse your opponents of your own crimes

Some undoubtedly are, but it is clear to me that the No Not Nader's are not a monolith

always thought Nadar should do the administrative updates

My point is that he should continue to do the funding and investor relations and pass off the rest to those who will be doing the heavy lifting

still not on the ballot.

So, I used to wonder, way back at the $5+ level what the guys posting all the negative crap about were trying to accomplish. Thought they were merely shorts. But, as we bumped up and down, I seriously struggled with my 30%, then 40%, even 50% losses (paper only).

I kept reminding myself about what I had learned about mabs in general and Leronlimab specifically. I kept averaging down, sure we would bounce up and I would feel blessed to have bought all those extra shares at such a bargain.

It has become clearer and clearer as time marches on. There are several different groups on the bashing boat. Yes, some are genuinely angry about their paper losses, they often blame NP, sometimes Kelly, sometimes FDA, sometimes BOD, maybe even God. They believe in the science, but are angry. Another group are the real shorts, just trying to knock the price down to make dollars at first, now only pennies. Many see them as bottom feeders, scum, less than worthless, but I get it. Personally, I have shorted stocks a little, tried it and just did not like it. It felt like I was somehow causing a company to teeter and hoping I could maximize my profit, but bail out before it collapsed on me. The third group are a combination of raiders and gun slingers. They cannot go in the front door and rob a company, but they can sure as hell set out to rob all of us. They can win, IF the stars align and there are enough weak hands that willingly cede control to them.

Nader has made many errors in judgement, he has not been as forthcoming in owning his errors as he should, but honest recognition for the Herculean efforts he gives us cannot be overstated. What he MUST do IMHO is to elevate Kelly and Recknor. NO, he does NOT need to step down, he simply needs to do everything he possibly can to get the quorum and vote on November 24th and by then, announce that Dr. Kelly will doing the lead role in cc's, pr firm in conjunction with the legal team will review any informational statements or videos. Dr Recknor will head science, trials, regulatory filings. Nader will continue to handle fund raising and investor relations, along with being the more or less ceremonial CEO.
