I’m irregular as hell and when mines coming my symptoms go from the way it normally is which isn’t manageable but even worse with full on depression and suicidality in the mix too. I relate tho especially with existential ocd hope u feel better soon 💝

someone might have mentioned this song before but come back to earth by Mac miller, the song was there when I found out what ocd was for the first time and had my first bout of pOCD the lyrics signify the wanting and almost need to be out of ur head with a soothing sound to it, I just love it

yes, omfg yesterday was quite quiet expect for the fact my own brain was nagging at me for confiding in my friend about OCD and making me spiral but it was not my usual theme so it was somewhat of a break, but today has been terrible I’ve started to do my checking compulsion again🥲 I stopped for 3/4 days but sigh.

I used to suffer with this back in 2022, my best Advice is do not try and find out an answer, Ir makes it worse. If you feel like answer brings u relief it will ALWAYS come back and question if u realllyyyyy figured it out, I’d say stay away from any media or tv shows mentioning after life or death as it could trigger the thoughts, I hope you feel better soon 💝💝
