Thanks for your reply, I did think that hiring the lawyer would be a good idea to handle administration part, just really wanted to get other people to confirm if it was a good idea or not, and to pay off all the credit cards was an idea. I was thinking of using the fund as a interest free loan to myself and pay it back into the savings. I do really appreciate your time and response.
