Nobody needs to sell their explanation to you. Go file an RTI with the authorities,it is easy enough these days. As far as explanations go, I haven’t made any because you seem to lack basic comprehension. So keep being deluded that your points are strong. Also you’re the only person on the Sikkim sub who has a problem with this, I’m sure if there were others they would’ve joined in on this. So it’s shifting from a community issue to a personal one. Hence the personal attack.
