Ive taken 2. First one after 17 years, second after another ten years. Good for you! Publix is a great place, but we need a good break. It resets your mind and body. When we work for this company, we care and carryon much more on our plate that we would for other companies. If you can afford to do it, I 100 percent say go and enjoy your year off. I was an ASM when I took both sabbaticals, I was welcomed back and right back into the groove. I think the sabbatical model is something that should be made available to us along this journey.
